Roasted Tomatoes

There are many reasons to love your sheet pan, and Ina’s 5-star roasted tomatoes is definitely one of them. Arrange halved plum tomatoes on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with garlic, sugar, salt and pepper, then roast until the tomatoes begin to caramelize.
