    Great! Also used turkey instead of chicken for a Thanksgiving luncheon and it was the star of the lunch.

    My husband and 16 year old daughter love this salad.... me, not so much. It's a bit too dry for me and I don't care much for adding more mayo so I'm still adjusting this recipe to my liking. Obviously, my family won't let me NOT make it. I do grill the chicken first to add flavor. I also add more celery because the extra crunch is wonderful and less paprika

    This was bad! Way too dry and too much paprika. What a waste of chicken, bacon and roasted potatoes.

    There was only one problem that I had with this recipe...I should have doubled it or even tripled it...yes, it's that good!

    I seasoned the chicken more with onions and carrots, and used peppered bacon. It was great! I did cut down on the paprika from the other reviews, and used a little more mayo. Had to cook 2 batches of potatoes, my dogs and I loved them. Will make this for our frequent potlucks at work. I bet it will take even better tomorrow when all those flavors marry. GOOD JOB SUNNY!
