    To the previous rater. If you think pig tails are nasty, why did you rate this recipe 4 stars?

    Pig tails are fantastic, and are a delicacy in both Carribean cuisine, and Southern cooking. I look forward to making this dish.

    poop comes out of a pig's butt which is located under it's tail which= NASTY
