I used fresh, very sweet pineapple and coconut milk instead of CL coconut cream and it came out very bland. We had to add a scoop of ice cream to give it the sweetness we were expecting. Now I know... no substitutions on this recipe!

Try adding a dash of spiced rum or Bermuda gold, and top with shredded coconut and pineapple wedge.
