I used fresh, very sweet pineapple and coconut milk instead of CL coconut cream and it came out very bland. We had to add a scoop of ice cream to give it the sweetness we were expecting. Now I know... no substitutions on this recipe!

Whenever I host a party, the very first question I am asked is: "Are you making your Pina Colada's?" They are better than any restaurant or tiki bars around!
