Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Brush 2 whole pitas with olive oil (for a lower-fat chip, do not brush with oil),stack pitas and cut into wedges. Arrange wedges on baking sheet and sprinkle with cayenne. Top with second baking sheet to keep chips flat.
Place stacked baking sheets in oven and bake chips in 375 degrees oven for 12-15 minutes or until crisp.
