Ingredients

  • 3 pocket pitas, sliced into wedges and split apart
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Paprika
  • Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread pita wedges on baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 20 minutes until crisp

    Not sure why the author thought 20 minutes was necessary. The smoke came billowing out. 5 or 6 minutes is good. Or a lower temp.

    This is perfect to add your own spices cheeses or other toppings for a fantastic dipping tool. Also, try leaving the pita whole and only splitting it into thinner rounds. It makes for a perfect crunchy breakable snack for bite size peices every time.
