Pita Chips

Ingredients
  • 2 whole pitas
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Dash cayenne
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  • Brush 2 whole pitas with olive oil (for a lower-fat chip, do not brush with oil),stack pitas and cut into wedges. Arrange wedges on baking sheet and sprinkle with cayenne. Top with second baking sheet to keep chips flat.

  • Place stacked baking sheets in oven and bake chips in 375 degrees oven for 12-15 minutes or until crisp.
