Flavor explosive with fresh herbs and cooked on a pizza stone at 550 degrees for 7- 8 minutes.
Added fresh garlic, onions, mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, grape tomatoes, chicken, parmesan reggiano, provolone cheese, kalamata olives, red pepper flakes, fresh rosemary, thyme, basil, and pizza sauce from Boboli. Magnifico!

This recipe failed miserably for me. I used semolina flour which I got from a pizza cookbook but then followed the recipe to the letter. The dough never doubled, but rose slightly after 1 1/2 hrs. covered in a warm place. I quartered the pieces and then rolled each into a 10" circle, then baked it on my stone after the toppings. The toppings were fantastic, but the dough was like eating a big cracker. The recipe said "to grill". Perhaps that's where I made my mistake.

This was the first time that our family has made pizza from scratch. It was so easy to make, so easy to work with, and so delicious. We used it in another Food Network recipe: The Neely's Chicken Alfredo Pizza and the two together were a delicious combination...we high recommend both and will definitely be making this again very soon!

A very tasty pizza dough, excellent for grilling. However, it tends to come out a bit tough for baking.

Tried it just now. Had to run to the store to get flour and by the time I got back , I thought the yeast would have deflatd but to my surprise, it was flowing over the rim of a 4 cup container!! The pase has rose and I'm just about to put it in the oven.
Thank you!

Sub over white corn meal for yellow...same crunch....after making your 4 10 inch rounds (I double and make eight freeze them...works great and you always have a pizza dough ready to go....just use a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes...also works on the BBQ as well...enjoy...Thanks Bobby..

A great and easy recipe. I did the same as another reviewer, in which I made one large pizza in the oven. Fantastic. Didn't need the additional 1/4 cup flour, would've been too dry and crumbly.

Is definitely the most easy, quick and economical recipe for pizza dough that I've ever tasted. Without any complication a delicious pizza.
Thanks.

This pizza dough recipe is very easy and turned out great. I used the entire recipe for one large pizza on a baking sheet. I made half taco pizza and half barbecue chicken and they were both very good with the crust. The crust was perfectly crispy and had a great taste. Yum!
