    Just made this for my family and it was a hit. Well, my boys did not have the mushrooms, peppers and onions, but this meal is very easy to customize.

    I had this for dinner tonight. It was so good and filling! I thought I needed a salad with it but was stuffed after finishing my chicken.

    This was delicious, fun and easy to make. We used spaghetti sauce because we did not have canned tomatoes and used a mix of grated Italian cheeses instead of the cheese stick. We also sauteed it for less time then baked it at the end so that all the cheese and other toppings would mix in better and get crusty and bubbly. This would be a fun "top your own" dish.

    This is a really great recipe! When I saw it I was like, I'm definitely making that this week. It is so tasty and filling. The kids helped me make it and they loved it. We made a salad to go with it. Will be making this again!
