first butternut squash anything for me and this was really really amazing. The sage i thought put it over the top and next time i need to use a little less blue cheese but overall a great recipe. prep of the squash is a little bit of a pain but well worth it. the garlic oil on the crust was great.

excellent way to use butternut squash and get the kids to eat it. I used refrigerated raw pizza dough and it worked great. Definitely a keeper.

What a wonderful way to cook butternut squash! We used a store-bought pizza crust, and the butternut squash, sage, and blue cheese together were out of this world! Dimensions of flavor..very good paired with Pinot Grigio. Will definitely do this again!

This recipe was delicious and easy enough to prepare. The blue cheese is a little overpowering next to the subtle flavor of the squash and perhaps slightly less of the blue cheese is more. My entire family really enjoyed it otherwise.
