Extraordinary! The glaze is what makes this pizza amazing, sweet without tasting like dessert. Elegant and rustic at the same time, terrific for company. Great way to keep costs down while eating steak too. Have made several times; following the recipe works but I don't always have blue cheese around and have found feta substitutes very well. I like to add thin slices of red onion and pear. Everyone loves this pizza!!!

This was SUPER easy to make and oh man, was it delicious. The first bite had some blue cheese on it and it was a magical taste in my mouth. Instead of the pizza dough I bought pita and it worked like a charm!! Instead of watercrest I used spinish. This meal inspired me to have a wine night with pizza! It can only be a winner. I also used flank steak instead of NY Strip. The juices were FLOWING out of the meat as I cut it. WELL DONE BOBBY!!

This Pizza is amazing! I have made it a few times at large parties and everyone loves it and always asks for the recipe. The only tricky part can be getting the dough right on the grill. I roll out the dough first and chill it for a few minutes in the freezer. It makes the dough alot easier to work with. Also if you are trying to save money. I would substitute the New York Strip for London Broil. Just use adolf's meat tenderizer and stab it over and over again with a fork. Slice it across the grain as well.

I also use arugula instead of the watercress, I like the bitterness. You should definitely try it, it's easy and delicious! I will be making it again and again.

So easy, so yummy, perfect crust. I didn't have arugala, but used spinach instead. And the balsamic glaze!!!

This was so easy and SOOOO good. We used the balsamic/honey glaze when roasting chicken on the grill. That glaze is awesome with a ton of different meats!
