My boyfriend loves pizza and when i made this he asked for it every day after that for a week. We decided to eat out one night and i asked if he wanted to go get some pizza, he replied, I don't want anyone's pizza, other than yours. I did deviate from the toppings but the pizza crust is excellent!

I used the recipe for the crust but added my own toppings. Absolutely delicious! I'll definitely use this dough recipe any time I make pizza.

This recipe is a keeper, for sure!
I use the mix of whole grain/white flour.
I bought aluminum disposable pizza pans so that I can roll out and freeze extra dough. They bake up beautifully even after freezing...for bread or standard pizzas.
Thank you, Giada!!
