    It was great! However, if you're short on time or energy, use Hollandaise Sauce from packets and add the spicy stuff ie: chile power, onion powder, cayenne, etc. to the sauce. It's quick and very tasty. Also, the packages can be found in Bernaise Sauce that is wonderful over Salmon, steak or actually anything. As Mikey would say, "Try it. You'll like it!"

    This was awesome. I did not make the hollandaise sauce from scratch and I used bacon instead of ham. However, this is a awesome recipe. Next time I will make the cajun hollandaise sauce.
