Everyone loves this and even if you overcook the pork, the sauce makes up for it!

Very simple and relatively quick recipe! The only thing I really changed was that I added a couple tablespoons of chili sauce to the glaze to add a little heat. I took others suggestions and used sugar free marmalade, it was still very sweet, but that is what this recipe is! My boyfriend loved it but he said it did not seem like it went with the noodles, it would be better over greens or by itself and I agreed. Will make this again!

I added a little of cayanne pepper and sriracha sauce for a little heat and the orange marmalade that I used was sugar free. I also mixed the broccoli slaw with the noodles like someone mentioned. It was a crowd pleaser! Can't wait to try it with chicken...

This was a very easy recipe to follow, however i had to let the sauce simmer with the porkchops longer to thicken it up. This also infused that orangy flavor into the meat. My wife and children thoroughly enjoyed this meal, especially the sauce on the udon noodles. Well done Robin, i've watched your show many times and have finally found a recipe to put in my box. Broccoli slaw was a 1st for all of us, not bad!

The only reason it got 4 stars was because the recipe for the slaw wasn't included. I made my own out of a slaw in a bag mix and made a rice vinegar dressing. It turned out pretty good.

The first time I made this recipe, I thought, "Oh, another pork chop meal -- perfect!" After I tasted it, I was blown away. It is so easy and fast to prepare. LOVE IT! My husband loves it, too. :-

I was so shocked when my 11 year old son asked me to make this again the very next night. My husband liked it so much he was game as well. There were no left overs. I made it with chicken for guests and they loved it too. I took some to work and they loved it as well. I'd say this is a hit. I mix the sauteed broccoli slaw with the noodles. I had whole grain noodles on hand and used those and it was great too.

I really liked the sauce...I added cayenne, garlic and ginger. I also only put in the smallest dash of sesame oil because I'm not a big fan. I can't find udon noodles so I served this on a bed of spaghetti and steamed brocoli. Honestly, I enjoyed the noodles covered in the sauce the most, the pork chops weren't very flavorful but maybe it was because they were very thick cut. I also would have liked the sauce to be a bit thicker. Tasty and easy, but I wouldn't say it's original, there's alot of dishes using orange marmalade and soy sauce or teriyaki sauce- I love them all though and will make this again!
