Port Soused Fruit with Yogurt
- 1/2 cup (packed) each - dried apricots and pitted prunes
- 1/4 cup Port or Madeira
- 2 whole cloves
- 1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt
Place fruit in small saucepan with Port and cloves. Slowy bring liquid to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 2 minutes just until fruit is tender. Remove saucepan from heat and cool fruit to room temperature. remove cloves. Spoon fruit into dessert bowl and top with yogurt.
