    Delicious!!! Granted, the recipe is not very clear about how to make the salmon glue. I just trimmed off the belly fat from the bottom of the filet and used that for the glue. Also, I salted the potato crust because potatoes can be bland without it. I will definitely make it again.

    First thank you Ricky for such delicious dish. My son and I enjoyed making the dish and loved eating it. I will make it again guaranteed!! It is the best Salmon dish I ever had. Perfect!!

    I saw this recipe on TV, so I decided to make it for my family. We all loved it. The lemon butter sauce made the dish. I'm making it a second time.

    Looked like a fun and new idea for salmon but not worth trying again. There is no way he used an equal sized portion of salmon for the glue and the steak. If the publishers can't be bothered to proof read the recipe I say don't bother trying it. Sauce was pretty poor as well.

    I saw this on 3 D and had to try to make it ... I had taken notes best as I could and ended up pretty close after comparing my notes the the recipe here. What a scrumptious dish!! This will be my go to dish when Salmon is the guest! It was easy to make too :

    When I saw this on the show it sparked my interest and I had to make it. Not to difficult to make and my family was impressed. I served this with the mashed potatoes and steamed green beans mixed with saute peppers and onions. Very colorful. The lemon sauce is what made the dish delicious! I'll try this at our next dinner party.

    This recipe was just what I was looking for! Pairs well with a side salad or side pasta dish. Pretty filling. It added just enough flavor but still could taste the salmon. Side note - please do not rate a recipe if you have not tried it or made it. It lowers the overall rating for nothing and it's quite annoying. People want to know how it tasted, not your opinion of how well it was written.

    I've never tried to make this dish myself because it's such a treat to eat at Rick's Press Room. My husband and I eat there frequently and I only order the Potato Crusted Salmon. I printed the recipe and will try to make it soon.
