    I made this dish and it turned out scrumptious, according to my husband. I followed the recipe faithfully. Why a 4 *? The potato didn't stick to the salmon. Perhaps it needs a binding agent. Some egg wash brushed either on the salmon or the "bed" of potato? I managed to save it and my husband is still talking about it. He said: Honey, you can serve this for company. I'll keep you posted of my experiment with a binding agent.
