This bread came out perfect and won me praises at the office! It's moist and not too heavy. I folded in 8oz of dark chocolate chips for a dessert version and topped with whipped cream for contrast - yum!

I have made this bread several times, and always get to the same results; (I never have any complaints, only that there is not any more.

I made this for someone's birthday at work because I thought it sounded like a nice fall treat. Everyone RAVED about it and wanted the recipe. It's really delicious & easy. Tastes even better the 2nd, 3rd, 4th day.

I've made this recipe several times. I've tweaked it too - used Splenda instead of sugar for diabetic reletives or added walnuts.
Guests or co-workers or even the kids have loved it every time.

I made mini loafs and they turned out great! I baked them for 45 minutes in a stoneware mini pan. I've already eaten half of one of the loaves! YUMMY!

This was my 1st time making pumpkin bread. I'm not the best baker, but this turned out YUMMMMMY! I used some of the other reviewer suggestions: baked for 70 minutes (perfect amnt of time, used 2/3 cup of applesauce and 1/3 cup of oil, I reduced sugar to 2 1/2 cups instead of the full 3, and I used 1 cup of wheat flour along w/all-purpose flour. Definitely will make again...probably very soon.
