This bread was pretty easy to put together. The baking on the other hand was more like a quessing game. The 30 - 40 baking time was more like 50 minutes as mentioned in an earlier review. Once baked and slightly cooled it was Delicious! This is definetly one I'll bake again!

Loved this recipe, it did take about an hour to bake, but it was VERY good. I made some cream cheese frosting to go with it, and it was a big hit with my co-workers. This is one I'll definitely make again.

Smells great. Tastes excellent. As others stated, is a little oily (applesauce might work to rectify that. Takes longer to cook than recipe states, approximately 45 minutes.

My boys thought this was awesome. I put cream cheese icing on the top and also made individual muffins. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Had to cook for about 55 minutes (not 30 to 40. Felt a little oily- am going to try it with applesauce instead of oil next time. Made the house smell great!!!

This is by far the best pumpkin bread I have ever tasted. It is easy to make. Only it needs to cook for 50 minutes before you can start testing it with a cake tester.
