Something in this recipe is off...I suspect the amount of cream cheese. It won't fit into a 9-inch springform like it calls for, so you have to either throw half out, or cobble together another pan. The flavors are fine...there's just way too much filling. I also found the amount of butter to be too much. It's currently dripping out of the bottom of the springform and all over the oven. I even added more graham cracker crumbs when I thought it seemed too moist in the beginning.
Absolutely NOT recommended.

This simply doesn't work...the amount that this creates to the 9'in springform pan is just to much. Plus, 275 degrees for a hour still leaves a soupy mess. I do not recommend this.
