Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread seeds on prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt. Transfer to oven and bake until you can smell them in the oven, about 45 minutes. Let cool before serving. Store in an airtight container, at room temperature, for up to 1 week.
