    The Tomatillo Salsa seemed totally out of place with this Quesadilla. It just didn't go very well with the Asparagus and Mushrooms. I also thought the asparagus was overcooked.
    Ddug I recall from the show that Martita spooned the salsa over the quesadilla at the end.

    The recipe does not mention what to do with the "blender" ingredients. What do you do with it; add it to the asparagus filling? On show Martita inserted the goat cheese in the quesadillas after they were removed from the pan. Do not add the goat cheese during the cooking process.
