    Fabulous!
    Easy easy easy. In less than 5 minutes and I had freshly made cocktail sauce. The lemon juice lends a crisp fresh taste which only enhances the horseradish.

    Excellent!
    I thought the whole lemon might be too much, but it wasn't. I added the hot sauce at the end which made it perfect.
    My family ended up liking this better than the jar stuff I usually buy.
