    I made this over the weekend after I watched this episode and it was fantastic. Although I did try to use the fresh Artichocs it didn't turn out well. So unless you are experienced with the knife....use them from the jar. Other wise super easy full over flavor and I will make it time after time!!!!

    I am always looking for new ways to serve pasta and this recipe is a winner. My 11-year old had three servings! I will make this again and again. I also used canned artichokes.

    Absolutely delicious - I used canned artichoke as well - so tasty. Loved the idea with the tomatoes.

    Easy to make. Flavorful and filling. My family truly enjoyed this dish. This has become my husband's favorite pasta dish. I used the canned artichoke. I also did not need to add sugar to my tomato sauce.
