We tried this for family dessert one night. I had seen Robin cook it on TV. We followed the recipe, but our batter never looked like hers in terms of consistency, and the blueberries did not sink but just sat on top. The blueberries looked like they had a ton of sugar on them (and they did!. Last but not least, we had to bake for an extra 15 minutes as the inside was still cold after the recommended baking time. The cobbler tasted fine (if you like a lot of sugar on your fruit, which I don't but the kids do. Just beware of the cooking time issue if you are planning to serve this to guests and are carefully timing your meal.

My husband and I love this recipe- it's very easy to make and the ingredients are generally in our pantry so it's simple to make if we're craving dessert!

When I made the crust mixture, it was not nearly as thick as when Robin made it, but it was still good. It took the full 45 minutes to bake and it could have been a little sweeter, but my mother loved it!

It is so easy and tastes wonderful! Now I keep frozen fruit on hand just in case I need a quick dessert. It is just as good if you substitute olive oil for the butter.

I thought this recipe was ok, I used a smaller pan than called for. It would be good for an emergency dessert. Best if eaten first day.

Tastes delicious, looks great, plus it is quick to throw together, simple to make, and I always have ingredients on hand in the pantry. I made it into individual servings and it worked great. Works well with all types of berries.

I thought the recipe was great, with a few exceptions. It only took 20-25 minutes. The first time I checked it at 35 minutes and it was nearly black.

I also thought there was way too much sugar. I used large blueberries and two cups was too much. The second time I made it I used 1 - 1 1/2 cups berries and did not toss them in sugar. It was much better!

Ingredients that everyone has on hand...use any fruit but the froz. blueberries were perfect! Rose beautifully, nicely browned and a slight chewy, sweet texture! Awesome topped with vanilla ice cream!

Saw the show this am needed a dessert tonight so I made it. Very easy to make, to many blueberry's 12 oz would be plenty instead of 16 oz. Did not rise but 1/2 inch if that in a 9x13 as directions said. Took at least a hour in my oven... Has a good taste "blueberrys" thats for sure. Might use a smaller dish and not so many blueberry's. just ok for me, but I will try it again for sure.
