This recipe was one of the first ones I tried. It was so easy, yet my friends and I were so impressed with it. It looks fancy and tastes excellent without being difficult or time consuming. I used balsamic vinegar for the dressing, which turned out really well with the shallots and the honey. I'm sold on shallots now. They're a magic ingredient!

I'm glad I watched the video, never would have thought to use Balismac Vinegar; that made the vinegarette! I did not have purple onion so I used 2 stalks of green onion. My husband is a plain jane... really but love all the flavors in this dish. I did serve this with Jasimine rice. Definite keeper and will make again and again!

This recipe takes me all of about fifteen minutes to cook, perfect for a busy family. The results are fantastic! This is the only recipe that my pickiest eater will eat spinach (at least knowingly. Sometimes we double the dressing and use it as a dipping sauce for the chicken but it really doesn't need it. I've had success with Camemburt cheese.

This was great. So simple and tasty. The brie makes it seem decadent and really dresses up the chicken breast!

I made this tonight for my family, and all of us loved it. I didn't have spinach so I used arugula--which we prefer anyway--and I'll be using that again next time I try this dish. This recipe screamed balsamic vinegar to me, so that's what I used. I also tossed a chopped avocado in because it needed to be used, and it added even more creaminess.
Oh and as I always do, I doubled the dressing, and we ate it all.

This is a restaurant-quality dish. Super tasty. We made extra vinaigrette, which was a good idea. We used plain white vinegar, but it was too sharp, I think. Next time, we'll experiment with a different vinegar. All in all, a terrific dish.

The spinach salad with warm shallot honey vinaigrette was really tasty, but the chicken was mediocre. If I had ordered it in a restaurant, I'd have eaten it (as I did tonight-- but only half, but would never order it again. It was easy, but not particularly tasty. Keep the salad, toss the chicken (or make extra vinaigrette to pour over the chicken.

This was so easy to make and tasted so good. Wonderful summer dish. I made the chicken on the grill and it was just fabulous. My husband and two little kids ate the entire thing. I will definitely keep this one for the future.

This dish can be described in two words- incredibly amazing! Brie was the perfect cheese choice and blends beautifully with the honey, balsamic vinegar, and spinach. I had not cooked with shallots before and was surprised at how well they worked with the dish. The only problem my family had was that we did not make enough! Instead of the garlic herb seasoning, I blended my own with thyme, oregano and garlic and onion powder which I guess is the same thing. We will definitely make this one again!

Excellent and easy. I made it for a small dinner party and everyone thought I was gourmet chef! The dressing on the spinach was delicious. My boyfriend does not like brie so we used manchego cheese instead. YUMMY!!
