Very easy dish to make that will blow you away. I tweaked it to my on liking by substituting rice wine vinegar and seasoning the chicken with Mrs. Dash. I can't wait to make this dish again!

My husband wanted more! Said I could make it everyday!
Great for guests too. We thought the flavors were wonderful and so easy to make.

I made this chicken one night, but instead of the salad, I did a side of rice pilaf and a side of roasted tomatoes and mushrooms. The chicken was really moist, and the flavor of the spices was great. The brie cheese was great on top of the chicken...it was a great contrast. I will definitely be making this chicken again, as you can put it with any meal.

This was just delish! I too used havarti, as I'm not a real brie fan. What a great combination of flavors!

I just finished eating this and it was sooo good! I used havarti instead of brie and the cheese melted so smooth and all the flavors mixed very well! I will definitely make this again and it was so quick and easy!!

I made this a day after seeing it on TV. It was fast, so easy, and so good. It was too cold to go outside and use the grill, so I baked the chicken--still good! The vinaigrette is so incredibly easy and incredibly good. (Use it just to make a warm spinach salad. The presentation of the chicken on the spinach makes this dish work well for company. I plan to make it for my next dinner party! This recipe is a WINNER!!

Quick and easy, but so delicious. My husband was doubtful, but ate his chicken on the crusty french bread I served with, it as a sandwich, and he was happy. I ate it over the spinach with the dressing, and it was sooooo good.

So easy and so delicious! I'm going to make this for my friends when I have a girls luncheon. It literally took less than 10 minutes and was really good. I didn't use bacon and would definitely want to add some toasted pecans on top. Yumm!

I recommend this dish for a fast, easy and super tasty meal. It took only the time for the chicken to grill and tasted amazing. The sweet balsamic and honey dressing combined with the salty of the bacon and flavor from the brie cheese really came together well, and how the spinach wilted just pefectly. . . Thanks Robin!
