It was tasty. I used 2/3 cup of maple syrup and 1/3 c bourbon. It was very nice. I probably added more ginger than called for, nonetheless, it was a nice touch. The ginger balanced the sweetness of the maple syrup.

This is a very delicious recipe...all the family really enjoyed it very much. I added mushrooms and green beans to the brussel sprouts since I wanted a little more veggies and it came out great!!!

These pork chops were fantastic. Loved the sweet flavor, I could have drank the sauce! These will definitely be made again! Made Ina's roasted brussel sprouts instead, very good!

Pork Chops came out great! i was a little hesitant of the mustard because I don't eat any type of mustard but I couldn't even taste it. My family thought it was a great new dish!

Thanks to reviewers' tips, I cut the syrup down to 2/3 cup and chose 100% pure maple syrup, otherwise it would've been overwhelmingly sweet. I enjoyed the maple with the pork, but while hubby and 2 teens ate it, none wanted me to make it again. Keep the ideas coming Robin ~ love your show and how to combine prep for multiple dinners in one shot!

This is very easy to make. I was sick and tired and I still managed to pull it off. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed the flavor of the glaze and he doesn't even like dijon mustard! The pork chops were tender and juicy and I usually end up over cooking my chops. I served the chops with steam in bag green beens and had dinner on the table pronto. Definately worth trying if you are looking for easy, tasty chops.

This is an easy weeknight pork chop dinner with a different twist for our family. The maple flavor with the Dijon mustard and garlic makes it taste delicious. Almost any side dish compliments the flavors of the pork chops. I highly recommend trying this recipe!
