This recipe is amazing!! Great flavor. The brussel sprouts are really good but we sometimes use another vegetable, like green beans or asparagus. My husband doesn't really like pork, he thought, until he tried this.

This was delicious! Loved the maple glaze on the pork chops. When I cooked this for dinner tonight, I added a side of mashed sweet potatoes with a little butter. (Knowing I was having mashed potatoes, I made a little more of the maple glaze. Result: delicious!

I followed the recipe as written except using ground ginger. These prok chops where amazing! The sauce did not thicken but that did not matter. It was the perfect amount of sweet and made the pork chops extremely moist. The brussel sprouts were really good as well, although this is the regular way that I prepare them. I served it with roasted carrots and an Autumn salad blend. What a fantastic fall meal!

My family loves pork chops made this way! The sauce is incredibly tasty. I use a little more ginger than Robin does because we like the zing of it. Be sure to let the sauce stand a few minutes after cooking, it helps it to thicken up. My kids don't like brussel sprouts, but this is equally delicious with steamed broccoli. A real winner, one my kids ask me to make!

These were the best pork chops I've ever eaten! And they were so easy to make, that makes it all the better. I didn't make the brussels sprouts because I'm not a fan, but the chops and glaze are a definite must to any recipe box.
