This recipe is probably the best of Robin Miller's I've tried. My family unfortunately doesn't like goat cheese, but I'd seen this episode and she mentioned subbing cream cheese, which I did. Also, in the episode, she actually used pistachio nuts, which we also used. This chicken was undeniably juicy and flavorful...even my 10 mo old daughter loved it!! Now a family favorite!!! :

Quick, easy recipe that has some great flavors. The macadamia nuts add a nice texture to the dish

This chicken is fantastic and has become my go to meal for dinner parties. It seems really fancy but is actually quite simple. I use pistachios instead of macadamia nuts and have gotten rave reviews every time I've served it. If you don't like it then you aren't cooking it correctly!!

Family loved it and I'll certainly make it again. Substituted hazel nuts, as they combine well with goat cheese IMO.

For those who said the dish was not quite done at the specified time--I let the chicken come to room temp before I placed it in the oven. That does make a difference.

We made it with pistacios and loved the flavor combinations! We had to cook the chicken longer than stated.

My boyfriend was hesitant about me making this, but let me go for it. He really liked it, even though he didn't think the flavors would go together. I used pistachios for the nuts and I really liked adding the pimentos and parsley to the couscous. They added color and flavor. i never thought of adding things to boxed foods like that, but I will always make couscous that way from now on.

The honey-mustard, goat cheese flavor combination is really good. I used walnuts which gave it a nice crunch. I used boneless breasts and also had to cook it longer than required so check as you go.

This recipe is fast, easy, and simple. I is delicious too. If you have never had goat cheese, you should definitely try it. It has the punch like Feta Cheese. I love it with Pistacchio's. This recipe is great for entertaining and the presentation of the cheese and nut crust on top is beautiful; your family or friends will be impressed! Enjoy!
