Very good mixture of flavors. Super easy to prepare too. Substituted Feta for Gorgonzola and added fresh blackberries in place of some of the strawberries and used sprig mix instead of the red lettuce leaves.

I made this on a hot day and it was incredibly refreshing. I loved this salad! At first I was a little nervous about using the gorgonzola but it was an excellent balance between the sweet flavors of the orange juice and strawberries. I really enjoyed the variety of textures and all of the flavors mixed together. The scallops were perfect and absorbed a lot of the flavor of the dressing. I loved the crisp cucumber and tart strawberries mixed with the subtle taste of the chives. It was a party in my mouth! I will definitely be making this again.
