Ingredients
- Cooked shrimp, about 12 to 14 ounces
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons diced oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 4 long sandwich rolls
Directions
In a large bowl, combine shrimp, lettuce, mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes, and Creole seasoning with a spoon. Mix well. Spoon mixture onto rolls and serve immediately.
