This was very delicious! I followed the recipie exactly and it was very simple and fast. Some of my family found that it tasted a little too sweet, so I tried again and used less orange juice.

I use orange-pineapple-strawberry juice found in the juice isle. Now that is a good combination there!! This is amazing!!

Wow! So easy and everyone at dinner loved it! I have a juicer so I made fresh orange juice for this and I think that really makes a difference. Just cut the strawberries before you start preparing dinner and put them in the freezer, peel the oranges and put them in the fridge. After dinner it takes about 5 minutes to make this and its an amazing desert! (*Homemade whipping cream tastes great with this! Just some heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar & vanilla in a mixing bowl; another 5 or so min

Refreshing! I too added some sugar as it was a little tart for my tastes. I also read the other reviews and add the orange juice in batches to keep the strawberry flavor prominate. I also saw another recipe that added a little white wine which added a nice flavor. I thought it was a refreshing start to dinner while my husband thought it should have been more of a dessert course.

This soup was super-quick and easy as well as refreshing and delicious. I added a little bit more sugar than the recipe called for to satisfy my sweet tooth. I will most certainly make this recipe again and again.

First time I made this, I followed the recipe and found it to be way too tart. Second time I made it, I reduced the OJ to 1/3 cup and added 2/3 cup low-fat milk and 1/3 cup sugar. With those changes, along with a dollop of fresh whip cream, it was a perfect light, fruity, summer-time dessert.

I make these all the time, but I consider them smoothies, not soup! Anyhow, I don't usually add any vanilla extract to mine though. I also used strawberry yogurt instead since I had that available. Maybe some ice cubes would make it even more 'cooler' or using frozen strawberries would make it even more refreshing.

This was good, but I tasted more orange than strawberry. Next time I will decrease orange juice to 1/2 cup or 3/4 cup and increase yogurt the same amount to adjust. I also think more yogurt will help thicken it a little.
