This is the best homemade teriyaki recipe I've tried. I used frozen salmon filets which required longer bake time, fearing the sauce would burn due to its high suger content, I baked the fish at 400 for about 15 mins first, then poured about half the sauce on top and baked for approximately another 10 mins. Since I did not have any mandarin oranges on hand, I added about 3 table spoons of orange marmalade to the sauce to substitute, and also thickened the sauce on the stove with some flour. As suggested by other reviewers, I also poured the extra sauce on top of the veggies and fish when served. It was absolutely fantastic, both myself and my husband loved it. I will definitely make this again, and I plan on trying the same teriyaki sauce on steak/chicken in the future.

Fantastic recipe. Used a nice thick quality piece of salmon and everything was done at the same time. Used green beans instead of the haricots verts. The green beans just looked heartier. ... Will definitely make this again.

I have busy days and cooked this for my three children and husband. I threw the "frozen" salmon fillets in the oven at the same time as the potato slices and frozen green beans and they came out perfect. I did use a roasting pan with lid for the salmon. My kids absolutely loved it. It is hard to get them to eat fish and we will definately fix this MANY more times. :o

I made this recipe last night and my husband was still talking about it this morning! It was fantastic. The flavor of the salmon was wonderful - I would never have thought to put the mandarin oranges with it. I also poured the extra sauce over the vegetables....just delicious! I will definitely make this again and again - loved the simple preparation too.

I'm not a big salmon fan, but this recipe is delicious. I baked the salmon seperate from the vegetables, so I could bake the veges a little longer. The sauce was great poured over the vegetables. I never would of thought that mandarin oranges and salmon would taste so good together.

I baked this as directed and think there must have been a misprint. After 20 minutes at 400 degrees, the potatoes were nicely done...the salmon was horribly hard and the sauce was a burned crisp in my pan. but the flavor was good!! fish would have been done after about 3 -6 minutes...I will adjust for this next time!!

I just made this meal last night. Delicious! My husband even said it could be a entree served in a fancy restaurant. I was really happy with the outcome AND how simple it was.
One suggestion, I poured the extra teriyaki sauce over the green beans and potatoes. Yum!!

I only cooked the roasted salmon portion of the recipe. We particularly liked the crusty portions of salmon on the edge of the pan. Served with spinach, dill, and lemon rice which was a nice complement
