I followed this recipe to the letter and even used the Marzano tomatoes(expensive and I must say this soup is WAY YUMMY! I even sprung for the yogurt and I made the croutons out of sour dough bread. It was an easy recipe to make and the results were really good. This isn't an inexpensive soup but if your looking for flavor this soup cannot be beat. I even went out and bought a food mill(:-( for this recipe. It was worth it I think?

We loved the recipe so much we canned it! We left out the milk to make canning easy and it turned out fantastic! What a great way to use up the tomatoes in our garden! Very simple, very tasty!

I did not use the yogurt topping, nor did I use the homemade croutons, I just used what I had on-hand. It took a long time in the oven; the tomatoes didn't carmelize like Guy's did, but, I used a 13x9 pan instead of a roasting pan. My husband & I loved the heat from the peppers. It's a keeper!!!

Easy easy to make with a super fine kick from the Jalipino. A favorite to repeat.

Good tomato flavor. Didn't allow the other flavors through. Check the heat of the jalapenos, I should have cut back to a single pepper. (too spicy for some guests For the costs I expected more.

The flavor of this soup was fantastic. It took me a little longer to roast the vegetables than the recipe said. But the flavor was great.
