This was so easy to fix and received rave reviews from my brother and husband.

This dish is flavorful, healthy, and easy enough to make. It is so good...sometimes I am more excited to eat the quinoa than I am about my steak! I will never make rice or cous cous again. The quinoa also reheats really well.

I like to prepare it with beef broth if I am cooking it with meat or chicken broth if I am making a chicken dish. I also about triple the amount of mushrooms. I've also added red and yellow bell peppers, tomatoes and rosemary before (instead of thyme and it tastes great.

You can't go wrong with this!
