Great intro to quinoa for those who haven't tried it. It makes for a a very simple side dish and you could even eliminate the pine nuts to save a few dollars and it would still be good. I would also advise if you are trying to limit your sodium you could easily sub water for some of the chicken broth and you wouldn't notice the difference.

This recipe was very yummy! Except, at home I thought I had chicken broth but it was beef, so I tried that instead. It was lovely! Im going to make this alot in the future.

I liked it. Nice, mild flavor, nutty, wholesome, very tasty. The potatoes-and-gravy family was less enthusiastic. They took one bite each, and left the rest for me.

Very easy and quick. Flavorful. A nice side dish for Thanksgiving... and helpful that it can be made at the very end and not need the oven!

This recipe is a keeper. It's so simple and has such a nice flavor. If you've never tried Quinoa, this is one recipe to start with. I just wish pine nuts weren't so pricey.
