I tried this recipe for a date night at home with my husband and we both loved it! It made a very satisfying meal served along side roasted chicken and salad. It is something new, delicious, and healthy to add to the rotation. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is considering trying it. You will not be disappointed!

I've been wanting to learn how to cook with Quinoa. It is cheap and plentiful at my local food co-op. This recipe was very easy; I followed it exactly and was very pleased with the result. Hubby commented that it looked like little yellow caviar! Thanks for a quick, easy and nutritious side dish.

This dish was delicious. I don't know where to buy the Quinoa so I subsituted coucous. I am sure the quioa would be good but I loved this and the pine nuts are great in the pasta. Will continue to hunt for quinoa. I read up on it and it sounds like an amazing grain. Any idea where I can find it??? Lisa

This was my first time cooking/eating quinoa. I was nervous as it cooked on the stove. Not the best aroma. When I added the other ingrediants and tasted it, well, it was absolutely delicious!!! My husband had a second helping and thanked me for cooking such a lovely dish. Thank you, Ellie.
