    I love this recipe. It's easy and so very good. I actually like a little extra curry powder though. Maybe it's the brand I use....

    I made this recipe w/o the last three ingredients or the peppers. Everything else I had at hand. It was wonderful. The rice took a little longer than suggested but not much. It's a good quick & easy chicken dish w/ a lot of flavor.

    I loved this recipe!! I am a huge fan of curry and this dish really does it for me!! I'm not big on raisins so I swapped them out for a little bit of apricot preserves. It makes it a bit sweet. It has a wonderful flavor even my finicky 2 year old loves! I would recomend this to anyone!!

    This is an easy recipe to make, but it definitely disappoints. Nothing special here, best to try something else.

    I have made country captain chicken several times w/a few different recipes. This recipe just felt like it lacked something. I really like curry, but i felt like this version of the recipe had too much. But if you want it was this would be the recipe to go with

    The recipe was easy to follow and delicious. Almost addictive. I used dried cherries instead of raisins and it was a hit!!!
