    These shrimp are the quickest and tastiest ever! They really do take just about 5 minutes to make (once you have your shrimp peeled and ready to go. They are the closest thing I've tasted in the U.S. to what is served as gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp for tapas in Spain.

    The shrimp are delicious as a main dish, appetizer, or on mixed greens for a warm salad. The lemon zest and lemon juice are a fantastic contrast to the garlic and slight heat of the red pepper flakes.

    The shrimp are seasoned just right & are very savory. They are also quick & easy to prepare.
