This was super easy to make but I was a little disappointed after reading all the rave reviews. I like spicy food so I added extra crushed red pepper, but I found the shrimp a little to lemony tasting, so I added even more red pepper. Also, I put it over pasta as some people suggested but it just didn't seem right to me with the pasta. I have leftovers so I think I'll eat that with a vegetable medley on the side (no pasta. I've tried a number of shrimp recipes and find this to be "okay." Nothing special.

Looking for a quick recipe after accidentally thawing out some shrimp....luckily, I had all the ingredients on hand, and ALWAYS have Montreal seasoning on hand (love it!!! quick, easy and very tasty...although a little too salty....will dial back on the seasoning next time. My kids loved it,and even my husband, who dosn't care for shrimp, kept popping them in his mouth, even before I could plate it!
Good Job!

I know it's called 4 minute Garlic Shrimp, but I was still so surprised how fast this was! I put this on some spinach with onions and tomatoes. Yummo!

From the presentation to the flavor, you can not bat this appetizer to serve and highly impress your friends at any get together. I served this at the "fight" party and let me just say, it didn't last very long. I took it again to another pot luck get together and had to write down the recipe for all the guests to take home. It goes great over pasta or rice as well. Try it.

WOW, that was SO awesome! I made rice using chicken stock, added some freshly chopped parsley to it and put the shrimp dish on top. EVERY bite had a different flavor! Amazing! Thanks Rachael!

The freshness of the lemon and the heat from the garlic and red pepper is a fantastic combination!! This will become a once a week dish.
