I have a real problem with mean spirited reviews such as by "byim". There are a number of us who are actually looking for an interesting salad idea. This was definitely "it" for my Italian dinner. I did it all exactly as suggested. The dressing was wonderful and even better the next day (I doubled it. Thanks Rachel!

I honestly can't believe people raving over a SALAD! I wish I knew why this needs a recipe or to be on a cooking show. I found it to very salty and I wouldn't make it ever again.

I'm amazed - no ketchup or pickles in one of Rachael's dressings? Still too much EVOO.

I first made this recipe from Rachael's
"Cooking Rocks!" cookbook. It is the yummiest dressing. I make it a lot, especially when cooking for a group. It always gets RAVE reviews. It's nice because it is tangy and salty but also very herby. Lots of blended dressings have a lot of garlic, which I love, but the people I'm cooking for don't always want. Most of the time I make simple vinegarettes for my salads, but for a special treat it is this dressing every time. Try it! It is superb!!!

This salad kicks a$$! It took me back to my Grandmother's kitchen. The dressing is delicious - makes you want to swear off ever buying another bottle. This salad is simple and full of flavor! Yum!!
