    I love this too! I make it for my lunch sometimes and it is soo good!
    I sometimes skip the cheese but always dress it with lime juice, it really makes the difference.

    who needs a "recipe" for tostadas? tortilla, beans, toppings in that order - kind of like tacos, but flat

    I LOVED IT. I ADDED SOME GROUD BEEF, WITH RASINS AND HOT SALSA, AND I MADE MY OWN FRIED BEENS. WE HAD IT WITH SOME SWEET CORN ON THE COB.!!!
