    I love this too! I make it for my lunch sometimes and it is soo good!
    I sometimes skip the cheese but always dress it with lime juice, it really makes the difference.

    This seemed like it would be too simple tasting for me, but it was excellent. I did make a little guacamole to go on top- very yummy!

    who needs a "recipe" for tostadas? tortilla, beans, toppings in that order - kind of like tacos, but flat

    I LOVED IT. I ADDED SOME GROUD BEEF, WITH RASINS AND HOT SALSA, AND I MADE MY OWN FRIED BEENS. WE HAD IT WITH SOME SWEET CORN ON THE COB.!!!
