This is good, but not quite what I was looking for....something is missing from it. Maybe lemon juice added would be good?

This is great. If you use a good Crab you can't go wrong.

I thought this was really tasty and very quick to make. I've made this twice now and served it on croissants as suggested, but also as a wrap with shredded lettuce and foccacia buns from my bakery. It has more zip than a traditional crab roll and is pretty healthy if you use reduced fat mayo.

Hello, I'm new into cooking and this receipe was fast and delicious!! I made sure to drain the crab meat well by using a salad spinner to get the excess water out of the meat. Quick, EASY, DELICIOUS!

Wasn't impressed with this recipe. Thought the croissants would be fantastic, but didn't care for it at all. It was too bland.

Made this recipe and used shrimp instead of the crab. Everyone loved it and it was quick and easy.

I loved this recipe. It is simple and easy to make the night before. I added a small amount of red bell pepper to the salad to give it some color, but I would definately make this recipe again and again.
