Personally, I love coconut, it's my favorite....and i love almonds as well.
i haven'y tried the recipe, but when i do, i will probably be back here with a review.
Just from the ingredients, i was hooked.
    I love cherries too.
It doesn;t matter if they are fresh, or maraschino...i love them the same..
Thank you, for a simple and amazing recipe Rachel Ray...I LOVE your show...

I don't eat coconut but my family loves it. I made these for everybody for Christmas & they absolutely loved them.

These are easy to make with leftover egg whites and look pretty impressive, but they don't hold up well and don't taste that great.

Made this for work and everyone said they loved how moist they were. I loved that they were so easy to put together! I left off the cherries after the first batch since mine seemed to fall off, but good nonetheless.

This one is a sure keeper! Way tasty almondy coconut cookies, gently soft and a huge hit at the party I went to. Pretty easy, as the recipe says.

I Love to bake, but I am not the most experianced. These were easy to make and best of all everybody loved them. I make them countless times, sometimes substituing the almond extract for vanilla, and I am always asked for more!!

I saw Rachael makes these snowballs and I just had to make them too. They looked great when Rachael made them but they didn't turn out so great for me. They were a bit creamy and didn't stand up like hers. I don't know if I whipped the eggs too much or if it was humidity but I wasn't too impressed with this recipe.
