    This method didn't work - the potatoes were mushhhhh!

    But there was WAY too much butter/oil so the potatoes which were already overcooked as per directions got mushy and soggy, not crispy as I like my fried potatoes. It just didnt work...the grill seasoning didnt work, the method, though it seems like a good idea didnt work either. I would probably just do plain old fried potatoes from now on without the nuke.

    I've always wondered how to make hashbrowns at home. These were great. My husband loved them. These were great, Rachael!

    I did not have grill seasoning but used some Tastefully Simple Howlin' Horseradish instead and wowee these were yummy! Will be making again for sure...could change the seasoning and really change the flavor.

    These were great. They were so simple, and they are much quicker than other recipes that I have that require baking. The grill seasoning also adds a lot of flavor. Great Job Rachael!!
