This is such a quick and yummy dessert to make. The amaretti cookies were readily available at my grocery store, and while I used Nesquik as the chocolate syrup (there wasn't anything else available!, it still turned out really well. Make sure your ice cream is hard though or else it's hard to roll around in the crushed cookies. I just made a big scoop of ice cream, rolled it quickly into a ball in my hands, and then rolled it in the cookies. So yummy - will definitely be making again!

Soooooooooo good!!!!! My fiance and I were crazy about this. I homemade the chocolate syrup too. Sprinkle excess cookie crumbs over the top.

I took this recipe and altered it a bit using waffle cookies (like waffle cones but flat like cookies. I then had all the sundae toppings to go with.

Made these ahead of time for company to rave reviews. I placed them in the freezer to harden. I also added toasted almonds on top of the whipped creame. Excellent!
