This was really great. Easy to make and a nice change of pace from my usual chili recipe. I used one 1.3-lb package of 93% lean turkey and added a can of kidney beans to add volume and fiber. I couldn't find whole dried ancho chilis at two different stores (I miss living in Southern Arizona! so used 2 rounded Tbsp of ancho chili powder instead. Delicious served with corn on the cob, even with no garnishes.

We loved this. I used only one pound of turkey and added a large (28 ozcan of pinto beans. It was great, spicy but not too much. It will enter the "frequent list " for this family. All the garnishes are great, too.

This is good. Really good. I didn't have anchos on hand so I used a slightly more spicy dried chile, but otherwise I followed the recipe and, as a person who loves spicy chili, I enjoyed this. We used it as both a stand-alone chili and a topping for grilled hot dogs. The turkey is a satisfying and guilt free twist. I prepped in the morning and cooked in the afternoon. Worked out fine for me. Give it a try.
