    This was great. The dill, dijon, and parsley complimented each other so well. I substituted soy flour in the gravy to lower the carbs. This dish is perferct. The only thing that would make it minutely better would be the addition of mushrooms. Perhaps sauteed and added to the gravy.

    I served Anna Maria's Rouladen on Mother's Day to my family and it was an instant hit for the "surprise" inside. The kids love dill pickles and loved the taste of the mustard and pickles inside the meat. It was so easy and fast to make. A definite keeper!
