My favorite part of this travesty:

Arrange the fish sticks in a baking dish and pour half the sauce over the fish... bake until fish is CRISPY.

After pouring tomato sauce all over them. I have nothing else to say.

This was not very appetizing at all. It even smelled bad.

I loved this throw it all together and chow down!! My kiddos ate artichoke hearts and did not even know it!! They ate more veggies in that sitting that I would have gotten them to do if I had to feed it to them!! Thanks for the healthy alternative to nachos!

I thought the antip-achos were easy and used a lot of items I already had on hand. My husband complained they were dry and drizzled them with Italian dressing but thought the flavor was good enough to add them to the recipe file.

The antipasto nachos were super easy and fast - and DELICIOUS! Lots of flavor ... I left off the spinach and added grilled chicken breast to make a complete meal!

It was just ok. Something to be served at an upscale party. Very easy and quick to make.
